| Abstract: | This paper introduces the law-executing method from the theory proposed by the ancient Chinese famous scholar named Han Feizi,which is different from the law. Through the analysis of case history and application of the basic principle of administrative law,the paper describes the current situation and hazard caused by the lack of the law-executing method in the field of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation.The cause and its countermeasures are also analyzed. |
