| 摘 要： | 首先分析了亚洲金融危机产生的原因及其对中国的启示，进而得出商业银行改革应该先于人民币汇率浮动，接着又分析了商业银行不良贷款问题及人民币升值对不良贷款的负面影响，最后总结得出商业银行改革必须以人民币汇率保持稳定作为保证的结论。

| Abstract: | The reforms of the state-owned commercial banks and the appreciation of the RMB are hot themes recently in the financial field. The courses of the financial crisis in Asia are analyzed. The conclusion that the mechanism of the floating RMB rate should not be established until the reforms of the state-owned commercial banks are fulfilled is drawn. The problems of the bad loans and the negative effect of the bad loans if the RMB exchange rate rises are analyzed. The stability of the RMB exchange rate lays foundation for the reforms of the state-owned commercial banks. |
