冲击回转挤密钻头及钻进方法的研究

摘    要:在高层建筑和地下工程的地基加固而进行的土层锚杆施工中,采取圆锥形冲击回转挤密钻头与气动潜孔锤结合,形成了冲击回转挤密成孔的钻进方法。通过在回填土、淤泥质亚粘土、亚粘土和粘土地层中采用该方法获得不同钻进速度的比较,对影响钻进速度的因素、圆锥形冲击回转挤密钻头在钻进过程中同钻头前方土层的相互作用及土层性质变化进行分析,指出圆锥形冲击回转挤密钻头的缺点及适用条件,并提出对该钻头结构的改进方案

Abstract:In the construction of anchor consolidating the foundation of architectures and underground constructions, the combination of conic Percussion-Rotary-Extruding Bit(PREB) and pneumatic Down-the-Hole(DTH) hammer was adopted forming Percussion-Rotary-Extruding Drilling Method (PREDM). The athors of the paper maked a comparison of rate of penetration (ROP) adopted PREDM in backfill, silty subclay, subclay and clay horizons, and maked an analysis about the factors affecting ROP, the interaction between the conic PREB and the soil ahead of the bit, and the change of soil properties. Then it is pointed that drawback of the conic PREB and the conditions can be used. At last this article gives and innovatory stucture for this bit.
