Design and Implementation of Land, Resources and Invironment System in Xinjiang

This paper mainly deals with the research and formation of land, resources and environment information system in Xinjiang. Led by a detailed introduction to the research and formation process of the information system and the exploration of some crucial technologies in the process, a solution has been worked out .The successful formation of the system makes it true to manage generally the land, resources and environment information by the application of GIS technology and to research easily, update, analyze and handle the information. The success of the information system which fills up the blankness of the application of comprehensive information about land, resources and environment in Xinjiang and the comprehensive management of GIS technology.
