the traditional real estate management system simply through text messages to the geographical location of the building and the surrounding environment to show to the public,and the visual and generality of the text is bad,can't get location information directly by text,utilization rate is low,the real estate management information system building on the map world,can make full use of the basis of the map world map data,display illustrated map service to users.Based on the map world API and combined with the Html/Css/JavaScript for web page design,through the ArcGIS API for JavaScript call released ArcGIS Server map service,and finally realize the real estate information management system development,system has realized the informatization and network of the buildings,new homes,second-hand housing and housing rental,not only for the public to understand the housing provides information in real time visualization tools,also for the related department for real estate geographic information provides a convenient management and maintenance.
