Analysis of Basic Data Processing Methods in Thematic Map Making

Cartography plays a very important role in the geographic information system.At present,with the development of computer technology,design and manufacture of the thematic map,Atlas is entering a new stage,give full play to the computer software and hardware function,the use of digital methods to produce thematic map works more beautiful is no longer difficult.In this paper,we discuss the practical application of data integration,processing,format conversion and so on in the application of basic geographic information data.
