| 摘 要： | 分析测绘地理信息类专业背景和行业人才需求状况,探讨人才培养中存在的问题,有针对性地提出人才培养模式的改革、校企合作的加强、课程体系的重构、师资队伍的建设、学风建设等提高人才培养质量的途径,为社会培养更多适用的高素质技能型专业人才。

| Abstract: | Analyze the backgrounds of Surveying and mapping geographic information and status of talent needs in this profession, discusses the problems existing in talent training, and proposes the ways of reforming personnel training mode, strengthening the cooperation of schools and enterprises, reconstructing the curriculum system, constructing teaching staff and school tradition in order to improve the quality of talent training and cultivate more applicable and high quality skilled professional talents for the society. |
