航空摄影测量在地籍测量中的应用研究

摘    要:航空摄影测量技术应用于地籍测量中具有工艺流程自动化程度高、工作量大幅度减少、成图周期短、生产成本低、测绘成果精度好等特点,能够完成城乡大比例尺地籍测量任务,在现代城乡建设规划领域备受青睐。用航空摄影测量方法能否实测大比例尺地籍图,其界址点精度如何?针对这一问题,本文详细介绍了航空摄影测量技术应用于地籍测量中的理论与方法,对这种方法进行了探索与研究,并结合辽宁省兴城市用航测方法测绘地籍图的生产实际,认真研究了其中存在的问题。重点介绍了利用航空摄影测量技术进行地籍测量的作业流程,并针对工艺流程中的精度规范问题进行讨论研究,分析影响作业效率和作业精度的原因,最后对航空摄影测量技术在地籍中的应用进行总结,并提出设想,展望在城市中的发展。

Abstract:Aerial photogrammetry.Its application in the cadastral survey has process of high degree of automation,greatly reduce the workload,a short cycle,low cost,good features such as surveying and mapping results of precision,it can complete urban large scale cadastral survey task,in the modem urban construction planning areas favored.How can Aviation photogrammetry method test large scale cadastral maps,the accuracy of boundary points? To this problem,the detailed design of aerial photogrammetry technology applied in the cadastral survey theory and method,this method was carried out to explore and research,and combine in Liaoning Province,Xingcheng City by aerial survey cadastral map the production is actual,serious study of the problem.Focus on the use of aerial photogrammetry technology to cadastral work flow,and the process of the precision standard issues research,analysis of the impact of the operation efficiency and the work precision of the reasons,finally to the aerial photogrammetry technology in the cadastral application were summarized,and puts forward looking aerial photogrammetry,in the city development.
