| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了塔城市棚户区三维地理信息监测系统的总体框架、系统功能设计等内容。阐述了塔城市棚户区三维地理信息监测系统是以棚户区数字正射影像数据和数字三维模型数据为基础,将基础数据与系统相结合,构造成基础信息数据浏览、三维监测、规划方案选择等为一体的综合管理信息系统。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the overall framework,design of system functions and so on of 3 D geographical information monitoring system in Squatter Settlements in Tacheng,Sinkiang.Besides,it clarifies that 3D geographical information monitoring system in Squatter Settlements in Tacheng,Sinkiang is a comprehensive management information system that integrates basic information data scanning,3D monitoring and plan selection on the basis of digital orthoimage data and digital 3D model data in the squatter settlements,and by combining basic data and system.In addition,the author states that the system can satisfy Tacheng's demands on squatter settlements,including type-in of basic information,demolition and settlement,maintenance,updating,planning & management so as to provide decision-making basis for the renovation of squatter settlements,house compensation,settlement & planning and so on in Tacheng. |
