| 摘 要： | 依据土地变更调查入库标准设计质检规则库,利用Arc GIS Data Reviewer搭建式开发了土地变更调查数据库质检软件,实现了自动化、可定制、可视化检查,解决了国家质检软件无法在数据采集、处理阶段进行检查,只能在建库完成后进行检查的弊端。
