| 摘 要： | 通过测绘地理信息类专业教师参加顶岗锻炼的实践分析,对顶岗锻炼的意义和作用,以及顶岗锻炼的成效等进行了阐述,并从顶岗锻炼的目标和考核体系等方面进行了深入的探讨,为测绘地理信息类专业教师培养和教学改革提供思路,为教育教学质量的提高提供了保障。
