滨海CORS建设的实现与精度分析

滨海新区连续运行卫星定位综合服务系统(Bin Hai New Area Continuously Operating Reference Station System,简称BHCORS)已建成实现,系统建设由8个基准参考站、数据处理与控制中心、数据通信子系统、用户应用子系统4部分组成。BHCORS较好地解决了基准站改造与新建、数据通信技术、设备完好性、系统兼容性及系统精度等方面的问题。该系统不仅向测绘用户提供统一的、动态的、连续的、高精度的地理空间数据及时间和空间基准,还可以向社会各需求部门提供各种地理空间信息数据服务,满足各行业多种现代信息化管理的社会需求。

Establishment and Accuracy Analysis of BHCORS

BinHai New Area Continuously Operating Reference Station System (BHCORS) has been built.BHCORS consists of four parts, which are eight reference stations, data processing and control center, data communication subsystem and user application subsystem.Reference stations renovation and rebuilt, data communication technology, equipment integrity, system compatibility and system accuracy have been all solved in the BHCORS.The system not only provides a unified, dynamic, continuous, high precision of geographical spatial data and temporal and spatial reference to surveying and mapping user, but also provides all kinds of geographic space information data service to society departments whose have needs.The system meets social needs of various industries and modern information management.
