| 摘 要： | 平朔露天矿区生态环境空间信息系统（ESISP）是以MapGIS为平台,以露天矿区在土地复垦与生态重建中的资源与环境问题为研究对象,通过Visual C＋＋开发各类资源与生态环境专题应用模型.该系统可为矿区环境管理部门及从事生态环境的研究人员提供该矿区的环境背景信息及土地复垦、土地利用、环境质量、环境规划等专题分析,为解决平朔露天矿区的环境问题提供技术支持.本文介绍了ESISP系统的基本功能、空间数据库的建立及专题应用模型的设计方法. |

| Abstract: | The eco-environmental spatial information system of Pingshuo opencast mine area (ESISP) is based on the software of MapGIS. The models of land reclaimed, environment evaluation, land programming, environment management, and so on, were developed with Visual C++ language. The main purpose of ESISP is to provide the background environment information and every kind of special subject application model such as land reclaimed. The ESISP have a solution method for the environmental science researchers in Pingshuo opencast mine area. This paper introduces the basic function of the ESISP system, the frame of the ESISP, the step of the spatial database establishment, and the method of the special subject application. |
