| 摘 要： | 北祁连山西段以产镜铁山式铁矿而著称，近几年找金和找铜又有新突破。本文从地质构造历史演化角度探讨了区内金属矿床分布的规律，提出从古元代到印支期已经历了９期成矿作用，迄今划分出四个矿床成矿系列及两个矿床成矿亚系列。区内铁呈现出多期成矿，而大多数金属在加里东期“爆炸式”堆积，金的富集成矿与大型剪切一走滑，深部流体上升卸载有关。
