浅析云南省城市化问题

城市化是解决经济与社会发展诸多矛盾的关键。云南省极低的城市化水平已成为经济发展的瓶颈。要提高云南省的城市化水平必须认清云南省城市发展的现状和存在的主要问题,在此基础上综合考虑云南省各个区域的自然条件、历史基础和省情再来选择城市化的发展路径,才能走城镇可持续发展之路。同时,要快速、协调、卓有成效地推进云南省城市化进程,须区分经济城市化与政治城市化,要注重从提高城市的竞争力入手,通过城市与周边县域经济的互补发展,充分发挥云南省城市经济对全省经济的辐射作用。

FOCUSING ON URBANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

The level, rate of urbanization is related close to those of economic developments. The low level of urbanization has limited the economic development in Yunnan Province. Based on exact analysis of the urbanization problems ,natural condition, historic base, material complexion at present in Yunnan Province, we can choice the right way of accelerating urbanization development in Yunnan. Meanwhile, we must make use of market economy, not political ways, promote urban competitiveness and assort with economic development of country seat in order to accelerate urbanization in Yunnan Province.
