在回顾了地震预报研究发展过程的基础上，提出了探索和解决地震预报研究中的几个科学问题，即地震动力学成因问题；地震的地体环境问题；地球物理场的时空演化与地震的物理力学关系问题；地震预报的理论和方法问题等。同时，探讨了研究这些科学问题的方法和途径。

The Scientific Question in Earthquake Prediction and Its Ways to Research

On the basis of review to the development of earthquake prediction, some scienti fic questions in earthquake prediction, such as the dynamic cause of earthquake, terrain environment of earthquake, the relationship between temporal and spatia l evolvement of geophysical field and earthquake as well as the theories and app roaches for earthquake prediction, are put forward, and the methods and ways to solve these problems are also discussed.
