摘    要:老168-斜18井是胜利油田在桩西滩海地区钻成的一口井斜达到63.70°的大位移海油陆采井。由于造斜点浅、造斜井眼较大、造斜地层软、水平位移大、大斜度稳斜段长等,该井施工困难极大。为保证施工的顺利进行,针对钻遇地层的特点,通过制定有效轨迹控制方案,选取合理的造斜工具及钻具组合,实施合理的钻井参数及技术措施,同时进行简化钻具结构和安全管理技术措施等,顺利完成了钻井任务。从井眼轨迹精确控制、优质钻井液技术、安全钻进措施、大井斜长稳斜井段套管下入等方面介绍了该大位移井实施过程中采取的技术或措施。这些技术及措施的应用不仅避免和降低了并下事故的发生,而且施工井满足开发要求,对该区域滩海大位移海油陆采井的施工具有较高的借鉴意义。

Drilling technology for extended reach directional well Lao168- Xie18 in Zhuangxi Shallow Sea Oilfieid

Abstract:Well Lao168- Xie18 was an extended reach directional (ERD) well with the maximum hole inclination of 63.70°. It was an offshore welli'producing from onshore location in Zhuangxi offshore field. Great difficulties were encountered in drilling the well due to the shallow kick-off point, large diameter and soft formation of the angle-building section, long horizontal displacement, and so on. In order to insure the drilling operation, based on those characteristics in different strata, effective trajectory control scheme was designed, reasonable deflecting tool and drilling tool assembly were selected with reasonable drilling parameters and technology. Meanwhile noticeable effects in simplifying the drilling structures and safety management were acquired. The techniques and measures taken in the drilling phases are introduced in this paper, including accurate control of well trajectory, application of high quality drilling fluid, safety drilling measures, running casing in long hold section with big inclination, etc. The,application of these technologies and measures not only avoids and decreases downhole accidents but also meets development requirements. These techniques offer significant reference for drilling of ERD wells in this block.
