| 摘 要： | 通过深入分析水资源战略研究的需求,充分利用国家基础地理信息数据资源,综合应用当前先进的地理信息系统技术,对相关地区的地理空间信息进行分析,获得详细、准确、可靠的空间特征信息及参量,对有关信息进行2维、3维和多媒体空间信息表达,为水资源战略研究决策提供科学的依据和支持.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the use of fundamental geographie information in the strategic studies of water resources in china. The major applications include extracting or measuring spatial parameters of water resources,analyzing and simulating alternatives of water transformation,multi-media representation of water resources data. It has provided seientific, proof and teehnical supports for water resources strategy research and decision making. |
