浅谈邯邢煤矿区水环境问题及水资源保护利用

煤炭的大量开采引发了许多环境问题,特别是水环境问题比较突出,通过对邯邢煤矿区水环境资料的统计分析,指出了邯邢煤矿区煤炭开采产生的水资源浪费、水资源污染、含水层疏于和区域地下水水位下降等环境水文地质问题,提出加强煤炭企业对水资源保护观念、禁止煤炭资源无序开采、充分利用地表水、优先利用外调水等几项煤炭资源合理开发对策及水资源保护措施。

Shallow Discussion on the Issue of Water Environment and Utilization of Water Resources Protection

A large number of coal mining led to many environmental problems,water environmental issue is special obvious.The article is based on statistic analysis of water environmental data in the Handan coal field and points out that the coal mining caused to some hydro-geological issues about waste and pollution of water resources,the groundwater level drop,and puts forward how to control the sparse displacement of the coal iron,full exploitation and utilization of surface water,strengthen construction of water environmental monitoring system,reasonable exploitation countermeasure of the coal resources and protection measure of the water resources.
