| 摘 要： | 利用C^＋＋ Builder语言编写雨量计数软件，每计数一次数字信号即为0．1mm，同时存入数据库，实现对翻斗式遥测雨量器的雨量自动采集，并在Web中生成当日实时雨量的曲线图像，直观显示当天雨量、雨强等降水信息。该项技术现已在泉州气象网（www．qzqxw．com）上成功体现。

| Abstract: | A rainfall count software is devised with the C++ Builder language,in which every signal count represents 0.1 mm and is written into a database,realizing the automatic acquisition of the precipitation measured by tipping-bucket remote raingauges and the real-time display of the precipitation on that day on the Web.This technique has been successfully used on the Web site of the Quanzhou Meteorological Bureau(www.qzqxw.com) and received satisfactory results. |
