摘    要:一般认为,煤中的活性组分与情性组分的比例和煤级是影响煤的粘结性和结焦性的主要因素。但在配煤炼焦生产与实验研究中,经常发现尽管煤的活情比和煤级相近,而粘结性和结焦性相差很大。文中通过对不同产地的炼焦配煤送行煤岩学及结焦性实验研究,提出了显微煤岩组分分散富集指数的概念,通过分析显微煤岩组分的分散富集程度对粘结性和结焦性的影响,揭示出显微煤岩组分的分散富集程度是造成粘结性和结焦性异常现象的重要因素。

Abstract:The ranks and the ratico of reative and inactive maerals are generally considered asmajor factors which eftect on the caking and coking properties of coal. But it is often encountered in the coking preductdri and experiment pme that there are marked differenes in thecaking properties of coals though the ranks and ratthe of reactive and inactive maeras are similarly. The author has made research on the anl petrology and coking experiment of coals coming from different coal mines; intreduced a new concept, the dispersal or enrichment index ofmacerals; and clarified that the dispersal or edrichmnt degree of maerals is important factor toresult in abnormal phenomna in caking and coking properties by analysing the effects of whichon them.
