| 摘 要： | 以秦皇岛建筑节能办公室在推进既有建筑节能工作过程中的遇到的问题及实际经验为基础。结合当前国家形势，重点分析了秦皇岛既有建筑存在的能耗问题及产生原因，并从技术上提出了节能改造的方案，论证了节能改造潜力及困难。

| Abstract: | Qinhuangdao building energy efficiency office both in promoting the energy efficiency job problems and the basis of practical experience. Combined with the current country situation, the focus of an analysis of the existing building and the existence of the problem in Qinhuangdao causes energy consumption and technical proposed energysaving program, demonstrates the potential for energy saving and difficulties. |
