| 摘 要： | 从数字房地产的发展和建设背景出发,结合实验室建设的可行性和自身功能特点,作者分析设计了基于C/S与B/S混合体系结构的数字房地产实验室的建设模式,该实验室可以进行诸如房地产管理信息系统、房地产评估、房地产测绘、土地管理信息系统等课程的多项实验,包括了面向对象开发技术、房地产数据库开发、房地产信息发布、网络化管理等内容,为教学、科研与实际工程项目开发提供了有效的实验环境和技术平台。

| Abstract: | According to the improvement and construction background of digital real estate,combined with the function and character of lab construction,The author analyses and designs the digital real estate lab construc- tion based on the client/server and browser/server mixed system structure,the lab can manage the experiments relevant to the courses such as real estate management system,real estate evaluation,real estate surveying,land management system and so on.It concludes the object oriented program development tech,real estate database design,real estate information distribution and net management.It provides the effective environment and tech platform for teaching,scientific research and practical engineering implement. |
