深井“飞管止水”法处理下管事故实例分析

摘    要:甘肃地矿局水勘院水文工程公司承担的甘肃能源基地地下水资源Q2勘查钻孔施工任务,在用准311钻具二开钻进到500.00m后下准273井管时,发生井管遇阻被卡事故。井管下到孔深395m处,既不能提升,又不能下到预定深度500m的位置。经过认真分析后,采用"飞管止水"法成功处理井管事故,最终使Q2井达到设计要求,圆满完成施工任务。

Abstract:The accident took place in the process of casing down into Q2 borehole which is an exploration and exploitation hole. Casing pipe which was designed to seat at the place of 500m deep blocked at the depth of 395m without moving up and down. The paper introduced the treatment of this accident by means of seconddropping casing in the deep hole.
