DEA及MDEA模型在港口评价体系中的应用及比较

在分析港口资源经济效益评价方法的基础上,引入DEA及MDEA模型,对我国12家集装箱码头公司的经济效益进行了综合评价,并对它们分别得出的相对有效值进行比较分析。再在原评价体系的基础上构造了一个新的评价体系,进行分析。结果表明,MDEA模型能对所有被评价的决策单元进行充分评价和排序,可以为决策者进行决策提供更加完备的信息。

Application and Comparison of DEA and MDEA Models to Port Appraisal System

Based on the analysis of different methods for appraising the port resource economic effect,the data envelopment analysis(DEA) and modified data envelopment analysis(MDEA) models are introduced to make a comprehensive appraisal of economic effects of 12 Chinese container terminal companies,and the comparative analysis of the relative effective values obtained by DEA and MDEA models is made.A new port appraisal system is constructed based on the original port appraisal system,and the analysis of the new appraisal system is then made by the two models.It is shown from the analysis results that MDEA mode can make full appraisal and ordering of all apraised decision-making units and can provide more complete information for the decision-maker to make decision.
