摘    要:介绍了熔融制样-X射线荧光江谱分析中,在采用理论a系数校正基体效应的基础上,提出经验系数法校正稀释率和烧失量,并编制了联机软件。经标样测定,结果吻合较好。

Abstract:n the basis of the theoretical alpha coefficient correction for the matrix effect,a softwarewas developed in which an empirical coefficients method was incorporated to permit correction forthe dilution ratio and loss on ignition, in case the fusion beads method has been applied in the XRF analysis. The experimental results obtained in the analysis of reference samples were ingood agreement with the certified values.
