| 摘 要： | 本文研究目的是利用数学模型定量化地监控城市土地供给与计划管理,达到城市土地市场供求均衡和用地结构优化,以及节约与集约利用土地的管理目标,实现城市土地利用可持续发展。研究方法采用文献资料法和模型模拟法。提出了我国城市土地供给预警与供给控制的理论和技术方法。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the study is to discuses how to use the modern information technology and relative mathematics model to monitor the city land supply and plan management,so as to equilibrium the supply of the land market and optimize the structure of the land being used.Methods of documentation and modeling are employed.The theory and technical method for the city land supplies pre-warning and control is proposed. |
