| 摘 要： | 根据星地无线电双向法进行时间比对的基本原理，详细介绍了Sagnac效应产生的原因。并以同步轨道卫星为例，推导了星地无线电双向法时问比对中Sagnac效应的基本计算模型，给出了当地面站在赤道上和不在赤道上这两种情况下Sagnac效应的详细计算过程。

| Abstract: | In this paper,according to the basal principle of the method of two-way satellite and ground time comparison,the reason of the sagnac effect has been introduced in detail.Taking the geostationary satellite for example,the basal computational model of the sagnac effect of the method of two-way satellite and ground time comparison by wireless has been deduced,and the detailed computational procedure of the sagnac effect is obtained in the cases that the ground-station is or not on the equator. |
