| 摘 要： | 地震发生后，迅速将应急情况、灾情信息传达到各级政府、各相关单位，将提高应急救援效率，减轻地震灾害损失。采用基于流媒体技术的应急视频广播系统，各级应急单位和人员使用普通电脑就可以进行应急视频的接收，第一时间了解应急及灾情信息。

| Abstract: | After earthquake, it will greatly improve the efficiency of emergency rescue work and reduce the damage caused by earthquake disasters, if the emergency situation and disaster information communicated to the government at all levels, the relevant units immediately. Using the broadcasting system of video for emergency based on streaming media technology, the emergency response units and the researchers can receive the emergency video by ordinary computer. Then, they can know the emergency situation and disaster information at the first time. In this paper, the structure and application of the system is mainly introduced. |
