桂西北MS金矿区岩石地球化学异常特征

摘    要:本文通过对MS微粒浸染型金矿点进行了剖面和面积的岩石地球化学测量,及其结果并进行统计分析研究,认为该矿点具有如下特征:As—Sb—Hg—Au异常组合赋存于中三叠统百逢组中段砂页岩中,与层间破碎带有关; Hg、Sb异常较弱,As、Au异常较强且吻合,表明AS、Au异常是近矿异常。实践证明,该法具有较好的找矿效果,据初步评价认为可望找到一个中型规模的金矿床。

CHARACTERISTICS OF ROCK GEOCHEMICAL ANOMALIES IN THE MS GOLD DISTRICT,NORTHWESTERN GUANGXI

Abstract:This paper is based on the study of the data obtained by profile and area rock geochemical survey in the MS micro-grained gold district in Northwestern Guangxi. The result of the study shows that the gold district has the following geochemical characteristics: (1) As-Sb-Hg-Au anomalies occur in the sandstone and shale of the Beifeng Formation (Middle Triassic) adjacant to the major fault, and is linked to inter formational crust zones; (2) Hg and Sb anomalies are low in intensity while As and Au anomalies are higher and show better coincidence (this usually indicates that the As and Au anomalies are near orebody) . From the result of this study it can be seen that the discovery of a gold deposit of medium size is expectable, and that the geochemical methods employed proved to be effective in gold exploration.
