| 摘 要： | 社区是公众生活中不可缺少的一个综合的群众基础机构,也是城市气象防灾减灾体系建设中的基本组织单元。我国社区气象防灾减灾体系目前尚不完善,社区抗灾能力仍比较薄弱。文中通过对国内外社区气象灾害防御管理模式的研究,分析了目前我国社区气象减灾管理模式的现状和问题,提出了加强和改进社区应对气象灾害的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The community is an indispensable part for public life, a comprehensive foundation of the mass organizations, also is the basic organization of urban disaster prevention and reduction system construction. Now, the meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system for community is not perfect with relatively weak resilience ability. In this paper,the current domestic and international management mode status of meteorological disaster reduction was introduced. And some measures and suggestions were put forward to how to strengthen and improve the community responding to meteorological disasters. |
