Discussion of the Mechanism for Xintan Beach Landslide

Based on considerations of theological and dynamical behavior of rocks and soils, the mechanism of xintan Beach Landslide is discussed in this paper, From the status of the slope as it is now, the sequences of landslide are pointed out and some concepts for controlling the potential landslide are presented.
