摘    要:GIS中地图数据库的变化检测和更新一直为人们所关注,它的重要性来源于空间信息系统的多时相分析、动态监测以及保证地学空间数据的现势性要求。在本文中首先讨论了彩色扫描地图数据接颜色信息进行自动分层,在此基础上用RLS(Run-lengthSmearing)变换对黑色要素层进行了进一步的识别与提取,然后运用图像理解和已提取出的GIS中数字地图的先验知识,提出了一种利用现势性较好的航空像片自动发现数字地图中居民地变化的方法,进而更新GIS。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Recently. it has been focused to change detection and updating of map database in GIS, which importance is from multitemporal analysis. dynamic monitor and maintenance of present status of spatial geographic data in spatial infomation system. In this paper. the automatic segmention of scanned color map can be done using the color information firstly. Based on this, farther recognition and extraction of residential areas to the layer of black elements by RLS(Runlength Smearing) transformation is done. After that, a new method to update GIS is put forward in this paper, which is carried out by change detection of residential areas in the digital map using an aerophotograph up to data. Finally, the effectiveness of this method has been proved by the results of the experiment.
