福州盆地和长乐东部的城市扩展条件分析

本文分析了福州盆地和长乐东部地区城市扩展的自然经济等条件，提出了在福州盆地中以神州城市改造为主，在长乐东部地区以新工业卫星城镇建设为主的福州城市发展的看法。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITIONS OF URBAN EXPANSION IN THE FUZHOU BASIN AND EAST CHANGLE, FUJIAN PROVINCE

Fuzhou City, the provincial capital of Fujian Province, is located in the Fuzhou Basin,According to the conception of The Master Urban Planning of Fuzhou City(1995-2020), the Fuzhou Basin and East Changle(Changle is a city at county level which is situated in the southeast of the basin) are main regions for the urban expansion of Fuzhou City. From the analysis of the conditions of urban expansion of the Fuzhou Basin and the east of Changle, it is indicated that there are obstacle factors which affect the urban expansion obviously in the basin,such as the limited range for urban expansion, flood of the Minjiang River, inconvenient water and air trAnsportation, enhancing heat island effect, environmental pollution and traffic jam caused by the rapid development of Fuzhou City, etc. But in East Changle, there exist favourable conditions for urban expansion, such as the beneficial location, open landform and good geological basis, large international airport and deepwater seaport, solid economic basis,abundant external capital and so on.The author considers that for urban transform of the central city in the Fuzhou Basin environmental protection should be taken as the dominant substance,and for the urban expansion in East Changle the construction of industrial satellite towns of Fuzhou City should be taken as the dominant factor.
