摘    要:面向第三次Internet浪潮和Web2.0模式,本文探讨信息化测绘如何更好地满足社会各行各业日益增长的需求。数字化测绘是利用4D产品(DEM、DOM、DLG和DRG)实现测绘成果的数字化,但4D产品是按规范测绘的基础空间地理框架数据,难以直接为各类不同用户使用,而信息化测绘要求直接向社会提供空间信息服务,为此,作者建议将移动测量系统所获得的可量测实景影像作为新的数字化测绘产品与4D产品集成,从而推进按需测量的空间信息服务。文中扼要介绍了可量测实景影像(DMI)的获取方法及其与4D产品的集成。

Abstract:Facing to the next generation Internet and Web2.0, this paper describes how informational Geomatics can better meet the increasing needs of end users in different application fields. Digitalized geospatial data, namely DEM/DOM/DLG/DRG, are only fundamental geospatial data which are produced according to specifications but not on demands. The author suggests that the existing 4D products can be combined and integrated with digital measurable imagery (DMI), a new digital product obtained from mobile mapping system in order to provide geo-service with measurement on demands. In this paper, the data acquisition, integration and application of digital measurable images are briefly introduced.
