水环境承载力量化方法研究进展与展望

摘    要:介绍了不同学者对水环境承载力基本概念的不同提法, 概述了6 种水环境承载力的量化方法,并指出其各自的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了笔者自己对水环境承载力的定义及水环境承载力的计算框架,并对水环境承载力的“最大”规模进行了有益的讨论。水环境承载力量化方法的理论探索对进一步研究水环境与可持续发展的相关关系具有实际意义。

Abstract:In this paper, we first introduce the different concepts and connotations of Water Environmental Carrying Capacity (WECC), which were developed by a number of researchers. We summarize six methods for the quantification of WECC, and point out their advantages and deficiencies, and further requirements. At the same time, we bring up a new quantifying method of WECC, and discuss the largest scale of WECC. A study of a quantifying method of WECC is urgent and significant in the analysis of the relationship between water environment and sustainable development.
