摘    要:倾斜监测是建筑物安全使用的重要保障,利用MEMS传感器技术,设计一种基于阵列式双轴倾角传感器的结构倾斜监测设备,该设备具有硬件的高集成化、低能耗,以及变形监测过程及数据分析自动化等特征。采用对比测试、应用示范等方法对装置观测精度、通讯功能、可靠性及功耗进行验证,证明该设备倾角观测精度可达0.01°,观测数据稳定,精度、自动化程度、互动性满足预设要求,可应用在工民建、市政、水利等领域倾斜监测与质量检测中。

Abstract:Tilt monitor is an important guarantee for the safety of building.A new structure tilt monitoring device with MEMS sensor array has been introduced.The hardware of the device is highly integrated,and the monitoring and data analysis can automatic be carried out with low power consumption.The parameters such as accuracy and power consumption,the function like communication and data reliable have been verified through the comparative tests.The performance has been tested in the project,which shown the instrument could provide reliably data with a reasonable accuracy(0.01°)and could be used to monitor the tilt changes on constructions.
