| 摘 要： | 针对海洋地图服务在WebGIS应用中存在的效率问题,提出建立以三层模型为基础的双分布式管理系统方案.通过分布式构建地图数据库端、地图服务器端,解决了出现用户并发访问时,系统经常处于瘫痪的问题.基于此方案,作者设计了海洋地图服务管理系统的基本框架,研究了系统实现的关键技术,基于ArcGIS Server、Net及相关ArcObjects平台实现了集分布式系统管理和GIS功能为一体的海洋地图服务管理系统,为我国海洋资源的开发利用提供一个信息共享与管理的平台.
