| 摘 要： | 本文系统论述了目前电子政务和国土资源管理系统的建设要求，提出了开发通用电子政务平台来快速构建各类国土资源管理应用系统的思路，并介绍了经过多年开发和应用的通用电子政务平台NetOffice的特点，最后以城镇地籍管理信息系统为例阐述了电子政务平台在国土资源管理中的应用情况。

| Abstract: | This paper systematically discusses the requirement of e-government and the construction of land and resources management system. It gives the proposal of developing common used e-government platform to rapidly build the application systems of land and resources. Then it introduces the common used e-government platform-NetOffice which has been developed and used for a long time. Finally, it presents the application status of the platform in land and resources management using urban cadastral management information system as an example. |
