| 摘 要： | 在实地考察的基础上,以突出矿业遗迹特色和体现科学研究价值为主导,并结合淮北市自然与人文景观特点,提出淮北市矿山公园总体规划:在布局上将淮北矿山公园划分为相城煤文化景区、相山地质遗迹景区和南湖塌陷地娱乐区三大景区;在主体景观结构上将淮北矿山公园规划为“一轴五板块”,并建设具有科学与历史内涵的矿山公园博物馆;同时通过提高煤矸石资源化利用率来解决矿山环境中的重点问题,采取“两大层次、三大类型、六种模式”进行塌陷区生态环境恢复治理。

| Abstract: | Taking the prominent mining industry vestige feature and the scientific research value as the leadership,and integrating the natural landscape and the humanities landscape,the thesis proposes the mine park overall planning in the Huaibei city: The park is divided in the layout into the coal culture scenic area of Xiangcheng,the geology vestige scenic area of Xiangshan and the sunk scenic area of Lake South for the entertainment,and designed in landscape structure by " an axis and five plates",including the mine park museum on scientific and historical significance.The mine environment is improved by transforming the coal gangue into resource,and the sink area ecological environment is restored by"two big levels,three big types and six kind of patterns". |
