Study on characteristics of Zhaoyuan-Pingdu fault in Gaomi-Wanjia area

Zhaoyuan-Pingdu fault is an important gold ore-control fault in Shandong province.More researches have been conducted in its North part than in the South part with cover.Based on data of geological survey of 4 sheets of Gaomi etc.at scale 1:50000 distribution and activity of the fault are dealt with in detail.Data of geophysical survey and the workings of check in the study area and the surroundings are collected as detail as possible and elaborately interpreted and analyzed.Its distribution and active stages are made clear-lt runs NNE through the study area,is displaced in turn by WE Qiji fault,Dalan fault and Gaomi fault then becomes Jiaohe fault to south.It was active in 3 stages,mainly in Cretaceous Epoch.
