| Abstract: | We introduce the framework of observation and measurement,and analyze the methods for modeling the different observations.We model multi-element observation and time series observation of water level with Panzhihua Station in Jinshajiang River using Complex Observation and Time Series Observation respectively,and realize visualization for the result of water level observation. |
