中国塔吉克族人口发展初探

本文根据全国历来四次人口普查资料，对我国塔吉克族人口形热进行了简要的论述。文中阐述了塔吉克族人口规模的发展、变化以及人口再生产类型，并简述了相关的社会、经济、文化等方面的问题。

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ON TAJIK'S POPULATION EVOLUTION IN CHINA

This paper studies the Tajik population evolution and analyses some features of population development based on the result of the 4th population census, On the social and historical account in the old China, the population size of Tajik was in the primitive pattern of reproduction and was even characterized by the features of high birth rate, high mortality rate and low growth rate. After the liberation, the social-economy, culture and health service of Tajik have been steadily improved and developed. It has created a favourable condihons for the Tajik population growth. According to the census result, the total population of Tajik in China is 33200 in 1990. But on account of the natural conditions, there are many of population problems of Tajik in recent years. For exomple, the population growth can not mect the econorny development specd. Educational and scientific level were not high,industrial structure were not rational and the death rate especially the infant mortality rate are relatively higher than that of other nationalities in Xinjiang. To solve these problems,the family planning policy should be carried out in Tajik. On the other hand, many efforts should be made to developing the regional economy to raise the living standard and improve the overall quality of Tajik.
