紫菜的细胞遗传学研究现状及展望

摘    要:综述了紫菜属的染色体数目、形态、DNA 含量和减数分裂的发生等细胞遗传学研究的概况。70 多种紫菜已有54 种做了染色体计数,紫菜属染色体的一个显著特征是染色体小。据调查,种内染色体数目不同,尚属计数误差。作者并对紫菜的单性生殖和减数分裂提出了可能解决的途径

Abstract:The chromosome number and morphylogy, DNA content, and meiosis of Porphyra (Rhodophyta) are reviewed in this paper. In 70 species of this genus, about 54 species' chromosome numbers are reported. One of the prominent characteristics of Porphyra is their small size chromosomes. It is presented that the chromosome number variation is not due to loss/obtain of the entire chromosome, but fusion/fission of chromosomes. The total DNA content keeps consistent in Porphyra. In this paper, we also describe the three different viewpoints about meiosis in the life history. With the application of new biotechnology, the cytogentics and the process of breeding of Porphyra will make good progress.
