| 摘 要： | 为了提高新疆地震台网中心大震速报质量和应对速报强地震事件的能力,通过台网与台站相互协作做好大震速报工作。充分考虑到现在运行的实时处理系统(RTS、RTP、PARA)在新疆地区存在的不足,同时认识到台站速报上传文件对台网中心速报工作的价值,研制了一套地震台站速报上传文件监视报警软件。
