福建省海洋灾害监测和预警预报系统重点岸段高程快速获取方法的应用研究

摘    要:根据连续运行卫星定位系统、似大地水准面精化成果的特点,提出福建省海洋灾害监测和预警预报系统重点岸段高程快速获取的方法,并应用于海堤高程的数据采集,使用GPS点水准联测方法检核海堤测点高程的精度,得出获取的成果满足要求,此方法有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:According to Continuously Operating Reference Station and quasi-geoid refinement result,this paper gives suggestion on quick acquiring methods of key coastal elevation for Fujian marine disaster monitoring and warning forecast system,which were applied to the data collection of seawall elevation.The acquired results of seawall elevation meet the requirements which have been testified by the method of leveling conjunction of GPS control points.The method shows great value of application.
