Abstract:According to the principle of data resource alteration of the Digital Fujian, "unification of standard, unification of framework;authority department, authority data;one database for multi-user, distributed alteration", baaed on the data produced by the Seismological Bureau of Fujian Province, and utilizing the achievement of data alteration by other departments, the dataaet of earthquake prevention and hazard mitigation have been reformed and updated for standardization and spatialization. By building a special database integrated spatial data and attribute data and providing metadata and data dictionary, we can provide the sharing data of earthquake prevention and hazard mitigation that meet the requirement of governmental information sharing platform, and can be used for earthquake vulnerability analysis and measures for hazard mitigation. Also by using the broadband network of governmental information, we share our database all over governmental information network of Fujian Province, and provide earthquake prevention and hazard mitigation information for economic construction and city planning and scientific evidence for decision-making for government at all level. Building standardized database is good for data maintenance and management.The earthquake observation data, earthquake precursor monitoring data and the case of earthquake are very precious fundamental data for science research and the database will become the important data resource for earth science in Fujian Province. In this paper, the author focus on second batch of data alteration and introduces the content, system framework and function, metadata and data dictionary, security of database system and watchful problems for spatial and attribute data producing.
