| 摘 要： | 震级和频度关系式中的b值和地震年平均发生率是表征一个地区地震活动性的重要参数，也是地震危险性概率分析中不可缺少的计算参数。本文根据当前的地震目录，利用数理统计的方法给出了东北地震区的b值和地震的年平均发生率。该研究成果对在本区开展地震安全性评价和地震预报具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | b value of the relationship between magnitude and frequency and seismic yearty average occurrence ratio are main parameters that indicate seismicity of one zone, and they are the indispensable computational parameters in seismic risk analysis. Based on current earthquake catalogue, b value and seismic yearly average occurrence ratio in North - east seismic zone are obtained with use of mathematical method in this paper. The study results have important reference value for carrying on seismic safety assessment and earthquake predication. |
