| 摘 要： | 在全面研究土地供应和开发利用监管业务需求基础上，以信息资源整合为出发点，进一步完善了数据内容及其指标体系。以基于移动GIS的PDA数据采集功能优化设计为切入点，实现了土地供应与利用过程的现场实时监管。以辅助决策功能支持为落脚点，进一步提高了土地供应政策参与宏观调控的服务能力，浙江省建设用地“批、供、用”统一监管技术平台建设与应用取得了新进展。
