| 摘 要： | 根据土地登记的业务特点，结合目前流行的GIS技术和OA技术，提出建立能够体现土地登记业务并面向国土管理部门的土地登记信息管理系统。系统采用集成开发模式，基于.NET平台和ArcGIS Engine利用VB.NET语言编程实现。详细阐述了系统的框架设计及其实现的部分功能。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of land registration, the combination of popular GIS and OA tech- nology, a land registration information management system for the department of land has been established. Based on ArcGIS Engine and . NET platform, integrated development mode was applied for the system which was developed using VB. NET development language. In this paper, the system framework and the some function got particularly described. |
